Best PGs Near ITPL Bangalore? Honest Reviews on Zolo, Stanza, FF21 + Actual Rent Reality

I’m planning to move near ITPL/Whitefield for work and wanted some honest reviews from people actually living there.
I’m specifically looking for:
PGs within walking distance of ITPL
Safe area with decent food and cleanliness
Good internet + less restrictions
Not too crowded/noisy
Preferably single or double sharing
I also wanted to know the reality of the bigger PG brands like:
Zolo
Stanza Living
FF21
Colive or any others
Online reviews are very mixed, so I wanted genuine experiences regarding:
Actual condition vs photos
Food quality
Hidden charges/security deposit issues
Power backup/wifi problems
Management responsiveness
Water/laundry/cleanliness situation
How bad the crowding is
Whether they increase rent later
Also, what’s the realistic rent range these days near ITPL for:
Triple sharing
Double sharing
Single room
And which exact areas are best if I want walking distance to ITPL? (Brookefield? AECS Layout? Hoodi? Pattandur Agrahara?)
Would really appreciate recommendations for specific PGs that are genuinely good long-term and not just marketed well.
