Am i gonna regret having bioinformatics as my bachelors?

So many people around me are into btech biotech and i am already uncertain about whether biotech even has that much job opportunities in india, so I am thinking of btech bioinformatics, but because its already a specialisation and people go for it in masters, is it gonna affect the amount of entry level job opportunities i get??
Although i have no prior experience or interest in coding and computer science, I am thinking about bioinformatics. But seeing so many people pivot from other degrees to bioinformatics in masters i am soo confused.
Also i am a pcb student and have not studied math in 11th and 12th.

Am I gonna regret having btech bioinformatics as my bachelors and not biotech??

Everybody is doing btech biotech, I am uncertain about whether even job opportunities exist or not in biotech compared to bioinformatics. Though I have no prior experience in coding and computer science cuz i just completed my 12th with pcb, i need to understand will i be at a loss if i directly go into bioinformatics and not biotech, like does that affect amount of job opportunities you get in india??
