


Looking for guidance
Fractured my wrist early in March snowboarding and it helped light a fire in me to start working out more. I've always been what you would guys seem to call skinny fat. Looking to change that. Been hitting the gym this past month since I got the okay for my wrist. Looking for some YouTubers you recommend or overall a simple plan to get stronger. The simpler the better. Dumb that shit down for me. I've been doing the Bowflex routine on the machine, 8 min abs, lunges and squats. I can't do push ups or pull ups yet with my wrist but should be getting there by next month. I've been seeing in the comments to make sure I'm eating enough protein and I'm trying. I'm 6ft and weigh 163lbs. Thanks!
