New leaves really small - help!

I have a bunch of tomato’s that I started from seed. They been super healthy but recently the new growth is tiny and doesn’t look great. I haven’t planted them in the garden yet because we have one more cold snap this week that I’m waiting to let pass before planting.

I’ve read this could from herbicides (I doubt this is the case since they’re in a very controlled environment) or potentially from being root bound. I’m afraid I started them too early and they should have been planted in the garden sooner! Do you think these will bounce back when planted? Any tips would be greatly appreciated as this is my first year really trying to grow tomatoes!!

Planting tomatoes?

Hey all. I’ve been growing tomatoes from seed since February and I want to plant them in ground SO BAD (and get the out of my house haha). I was going to plant them this week but now there’s going to be a cold front over the weekend?!

When is everyone planting tomatoes and should I wait until this cold front passes? I thought about planting a couple as an experiment and seeing what happens but I could also just wait!

Looking forward to everyone’s garden advice 🫶
