Chip around head stud, is this a problem?

These head bolts are locked in, I finally splurged to ge the induction heating tool, which worked. Using that penetrating oil and candle wax I finally got one out. As I was trying to get my nuts off from the double nut method I slipped. I guess I didn’t keep the stud in enough and this chipped out.

Is this a problem? Once I get all the studs out I’m taking it to the machine shop to get decked. But I wasn’t planning on going as low as this chipped goes.
