Top layer not fused

I'm currently working on this spool case.

As shown in the pictures, the last layer didn't fuse inside the lid. I haven't had this issue yet and I'm trying to figure out the cause.
A couple things:
I started the print with inland basic Black PLA. (10-12 layers?) When that ran out I switched to Creality Black PLA. There were no issues switching from one to the other up until that layer.
I've been running generic profiles for everything so far except some translucent PETG.
Printer is fully enclosed.
AMS is sitting on top of printer and has full set of dry box inserts. Temp sits between 78-89°F (higher when printing) @ 10% humidity.
Originally calibrated after unboxing and everything else has come out fine, aside from a few PETG prints before updates to print profile.
Ran a flow test calibration after this failure and updated the K value, but didnt get to test it yet.
Edit:
- Lid printed top to build plate. Inside facing up.
I can't think of anything else at the moment.
Thanks for any help.
