Searching for flyback transformer for Victor AV 210 (JVC AV 2090)
A few weeks ago I bought a Victor Japan AV 210 off zenmarket. From the getgo it suffered vertical collapase. I had the chip replaced, but unfortunately the repair only lasted a day.
I used the TV for several hours, and the brightness began adjusting by itself. I started hearing pops, then a very loud pop followed by the picture going out and some screeching. I took it back to the tech last night and he told me the flyback is arching.
This is an S Mark II chassis manufactured between 1985-1987.
The pn is CE40815-00B.
I doubt I'll be able to find the original. Any ideas on what I can use as a equivalent replacement?
