Are there any actual good Wolverine comics?

From what I've read so far:

- The 4-issue Claremont and Frank Miller series is overrated af

- Paul Cornell's 2013 and 2014 series are snooze fests

- Daniel Way's comic with Daken is basically what if Damian Wayne was a Wolverine

- Jason Aaron is awful on Absolute Superman so I'm not touching his wolverine stuff

The only Wolverine comic I've liked so far is the Weapon X 12-parter from Barry Windsor-Smith. Can anyone help with my problem?

Looking for a Horror/Ghost Anthology with a Substitute Teacher as the throughly between stories.

As the title states, I'm looking for an anthology collection where a substitute teacher is telling a story to his class.

I can't remember the contents of the stories* but I remember that the twist at the end was that the children being told ghost stories were themselves ghosts.

*One of the stories could have been (unless I'm remembering a different book) about a boy who spends time at his grandma's and when he paints a picture of the church, rain causes a smudge that looks demonic. The demon then haunts the boy's dreams until it eventually crawls out of the painting and hangs him with his bed sheets.

Do any of the comics ft. Red Hood between Under the Hood and Outlaws (New 52) matter?

The transition between Under the Hood and Outlaws is kind of jarring. Is there any "transitional" comic you think is relevant or make sense between the two.
