Bots aren't being submitted
I have tried many times to upload a bot, but every time it dosen't want to be public. I always make sure that bots are for public, yet only I can chat with them. I have also created 3 others bots, in which 2 of them are public, while last one is also, for some reason, private, instead of public. Anyone knows why?
