How much time taken by HRs to get back after interview?
Over the last 2 weeks I had appeared for 2 rounds of interviews (virtual and F2F). Below are my questions related to the same:
- how much time do HRs take to get back with feedback?
- currently my application status shows Decision Pending. What does it mean?
- what are the next steps? Like document verification, salary discussions, etc.
