hello!! i’m sure you get tired of these questions so bear with me please. i’ve been meaning to start practicing buddhism, any tips to start? i want to do it properly, also do i need to become a vegan? for the longest time i’ve wanted to be at least vegetarian but i’m a student so i barely have any time to cook properly and hit my protein and fiber intake 😅
