Anyone accept this job? Apparently I got 2 strikes and missed out on it cause call failed twice 🤦‍♂️ oh well. Looks like they’re needing grunts out here.

How hard is it to get into Xcel Energy’s line apprenticeship?
How competitive is the hiring process?
What does the hiring process look like?
What’s the work culture like?
How’s the apprenticeship overall?
Do apprentices get a lot of overtime?
