coworker rant

I've been working at the same place for 3+ years and I get along with everybody, except this one person. I wouldn't really care for it but I feel it impacts my closeness with the other coworkers and really my work.

She has only greeted me sometimes after I have greeted her first, usually she will just look at me and walk past me or pretend she does not see me. Also while I'm telling her something, now I just avoid talking to her unnecessarily. The most she's ever spoken to me is to bring up mistakes I made at work during meetings and how detrimental they can be. At some point I was just anxiously expecting her to talk about a mess up of mine in front of the others, which made my general anxiety and confidence at work horrible. I would start making even more mistakes. I never heard her talk about others mess ups the same way, even tho they were equally important, she would just shrug her shoulders and say it happens. She does a lot of thing others don't, so I guess they've given her the authority to judge and be "the voice" lol

Whenever there's a third person and it is impossible for her to just ignore me, she would just be obviously fake.

In the big big meetings, she's very social and friendly to everybody, while she gives me a weird look or doesn't acknowledge me.

Most are very close with her, it's one big family, and this behavior from her is literally only towards me.

I guess she just don't think I have the same work ethic even tho I'd say I've made huge progress, and nobody else really has talked to me that way. It's like her view is cemented and it will never change. When I've hinted at this issue she just dismissed it. I hate that this takes up so much of my thoughts, it gives me major self esteem issues. It's like I stole her man or promotion or something.

I just don't understand what I have done for her to be like this. I don't need to be friends with everybody, In fact, I don't really befriend my coworkers, but I think work is much more tolerable if you get along.
