Anyone else looking at XOS

Closed *$2.10* → ran to $3.95 after-hours. Biggest mover in the aftermarket.

Why? They droppped "Power Hub". CEO called it a "deployable power plant" not a battery.

Truck it in, plug it in, get 1.2 - 4 MWh instantly. No waiting for the grid.

Grid is a mess rn. PJM costs went $2.2B to $14.7B in 2 years. Data centers need power now.

XOS already has the tech — 250+ MWh across 1,400+ installs. Plus a *$3M order for 12 Hubs* for a big autonomous fleet.

Defense chatter too. Google says $XOS won a bid with the US Air Force for mobile energy. If thats confirmed its big. DoD is spending on anything off-grid.

Bears will say "No real orders" - We got the $3M order already. Now we watch for more Hub deals.

"Not profitable" - EPS -$2.70. Market isnt pricing earnings, its pricing the Power Hub rollout.

"It'll fade" - Maybe. Its a small cap. Key level is $2-$3 base. One more contract and $4 baseline looks low.

$36M market cap, low float. Product that solves a real problem right now.

If they land 1-2 more paid Hub deployments this isnt a $2 stock for long.

not financial advice. DYODD. volatile af right now.

I' buying UPC at 8pm this Sunday.

If I had to make the case for Universe Pharmaceuticals Inc. right now, it really comes down to timing and what they just did.

UPC announced they’re buying Best Praise International Limited, which owns 5 pharmaceutical patents in China. That might sound like a small deal at $10.75 million, but the patents are actually right in UPC’s wheelhouse: age-related diseases, cognitive and neurodegenerative conditions, cardiovascular stuff, antibiotics, and new drug delivery tech. UPC already builds and sells traditional Chinese medicine for elderly patients across 30 provinces, so this just gives them more products to sell into a market thats only getting bigger.

Management framed it as strengthening the companies asset base and setting up long-term growth as a Nasdaq-listed business. And investors seemed to buy that story imediatly. On *Friday, July 31 after hours*, the stock exploded nearly *288%* after the news hit. You could also see it in the chatter — Stocktwits went from pretty neutral to outright bullish in a day.

Now, I know the pushback. The deal isn’t expected to close untill Q3 2026, the stock is still down 22% for the year, and yeah, a 288% after-hours jump makes people nervous that it wont hold. But for a small pharma, that kind of move usually happens when there’s a real catalyst. Here the catalyst is IP that directly fits what UPC already does. They’re also paying for it in shares, so they’re not draining cash, and if even one of those patents becomes a commercial product, the upside dwarfs the risk.

So the thesis is pretty simple: UPC just bought itself a stronger pipeline in exactly the area where demand is growing. The market’s reaction on July 31 suggests people think that matters. There are risks, but they feel manageable compared to what the acquisition could do for the company’s next few years.

Not financial advice of course.

AGEN seems like a genuine investment

$340 million in funding secured broke in the news 2 hours ago. Stock up roughly 40% pre-market. An actual positive p/e ratio. I'm not even gonna lie when i say i usually come here trying to find gambling esque pump and dump stocks but this looks like a genuine investment oppurtunity. I don't have much capital so i only bought 10 shares but went here to see if anyone was talking about and was suprised to see nothing.

Edit: if anyone can fact check me on the funding part please do. I'm reading through the article now and its confusing me, im new to this. Am I right that they are getting that much funding or am I misunderstanding it?
