Idk what to do now.

I have been on Zepbound for seven months. I have lost 37 lbs. I have been titrating up slowly and was doing well until I went up from 5mg to 6mg about 5 weeks ago. Ever since I have been nauseous and my sense of smell has become so sensitive that it causes me to gag and vomit. I literally can't walk past a garbage can. Every week I lose three days because I feel so ill.

My hair is falling out like crazy but my nutritionist doesn't seem worried about it. I pretty much hit my protein and caloric goals and I take a high potency daily supplement and freeze dried beef organ supplements. I need to lose 20 more lbs to get my bmi to a place where I can have surgery on my legs. I started at 278 and am now at 241. I am lucky if I lose a lb every week or two. I'm wondering if anything like this has happened to anyone else. I don't think it's possible for me to increase my dose if it effects me this way. Wondering if anyone has any success stories of overcoming late onset side effects?

Hi. I have been on Zepbound for 5 months now. I lost 30lbs (give or take) in the first 3 months. I changed jobs and my job is very, very physical. When I come home from work every inch of my body hurts. I have been completely stalled out for 2 months. Just wondering if some of this could be because of the new job? Thanks.
