Has any other builder in Bengaluru faced a situation where a residential tower was fully constructed(also got OC and everything) and just 1–2 months away from handover, but the builder suddenly announced that the entire tower of 15+ floors had to be demolished and rebuilt from the foundation because the original soil investigation was incorrect, resulting in an inadequate foundation that could have compromised the building's structural safety?

After waiting for 4 years for the handover beyond the financial impact, this has completely shattered our dream of owning a home. Years of planning, savings, and future plans have been thrown into uncertainty. This experience has also severely shaken our trust in buying under-construction properties.
