I started Social Security retirement this. I choose Direct Express due to no bank account. But on the 10th I got my first check. Today I received Direct Express Master Debit card (with 0$ balances).

Doubtless I am out of luck for a while. Does anyone know a magical trick for getting my check into Direct Express Debt account?
