Hi! So curious for those who have Ivig for small fiber neuropathy - how long did it take for your burning to go away if it ever did? I’ve been on it for 8 months and I’ve noticed an improvement but I still burn :/ I am on so many pain medications and then I see ppl say they got off all their meds.. for reference I have Sfn on every inch of my body. It’s hell on earth :/

Question! I am positive for sjogrens by lip biopsy. My score is a 2. I have had on and off positive ana levels. I have severe all over acid burning skin. It’s horrible. acute onset. Have been to every major hospital in the states. Interestingly, all my markers for sjogrens have always been negative. I’ve have extensive lab work done. Most recently, I had Myositis Panel RO-52, AB come back as elevated at 30. Normal <11. Anyone like me? Thanks!
