im bleeding in my hymen since sunday until now after we had an sexual intercourse. and the blood is like a period blood its dark red. i dont feel any pain just a little cramps. and also i already had my period this last aug 4-8 so its when we had sex until now im in my ovulation phrase. so is it just normal? or do i need something to do to stop the bleeding bcs its 4days now and im still bleeding and i dont know what to do

for context, me and my boyfriend had protected sex last sunday. we had 2 rounds. on the 1st round it was nice and good. but in the 2nd round i already bleed bcs after he fingered me we had sex. its protected sex and we used lubrication when we had sex. but after were done, we noticed already the blood on his finger and the blood on my vagina. so i washed myself and i put an tissue on my underwear. so after a couple of hrs when i have an half bath i noticed that its still bleeding so i still used tissue so that it will not leak on my underwear. but on monday i noticed that im still bleeding and the blood is like a period blood. its color dark red and sometimes it has brown color. so i used an panty liner and after a couple of hrs like 6hrs later my panty liner is already full and it leaked on the side of my underwear so i dont know what to do so i search and they said that i should use pads already to track the bleeding. so until now thursday im still bleeding but its not that many now. at first im thinking that maybe bcs he fingered me hard and he hit something inside me thats why im bleeding. but earlier i already checked it in the mirror and i saw that its bleeding at the bottom of the opening of the vulva or what they called the hymen. and my bf told me that maybe its not mainly bcs he fingered me but when were having sex, when he didn't put his penis inside me correctly, im hurting. so im thinking that maybe its really the reason. BUT, i dont have any pain in my vagina except a little cramps. but i dont know what to do to stop it or to heal it. so can you recommend me something to do or to drink like medication. or like if this also happened to u guys.😭😭😭

i bleed po kasi after akong i finger ng partner ko. and after nya akong ifinger, nag s*x kami and we noticed the blood na on his fingers after we did that. so we had that on sunday and until now bleeding pa rin po ako na parang period blood. and i have a little cramps po but i dont felt any pain naman po on my private area. but i want to have a check up na po for safety na rin huhu. so can you recommend me ob gyn here in pampanga specifically here in angeles city and how much po yung consultation nila. very much appreciated po if you'd help me. thank you!

fyi also, i already have my period last aug 4-8. and we have protected sex aug 12 and 16 (sunday) and thats when that happened. and im on my ovulation day.

what should i do now to stop this bleeding? i dont want to also have check this up because im afraid and also terrified. so help me guys.
