They said it’s fine and it’ll just take a day to fix. Is this “fixable” in a day?
Tell me I’m not crazy on wanting them to remove the wrap, refund me, and fix their damages. When I say the whole car looks like this, it’s everywhere. Every corner, every cut or wrapped edge, every curve. This is within an hour of picking her up. They keep saying and sending emails about “standards” and giving it time. “It can be fixed”. I don’t think you can fix this. They’ve offered to redo the wrap if I pay for the vinyl, again.
The passenger door doesn’t open now, something is rattling inside the door, they damaged the window seal on both door, there’s scratches, there’s areas where they layered 4 rounds of vinyl on top of each other. Every time I look I see something new
I went to a place with good reviews, was mentioned on Reddit by another Supra owner, perfect 5 star rating. 5.2k for metallic pink in vinyl froggy, and this is the job I was left with. Also paid for badges, that they never put on because they broke them.
