Joined the Club

It’s been 30 years since I last owned a sports car. I had a 91 3000VR4 for about two years and then along came the first baby and goodbye went the Mitsubishi.

When I had the 3000 and a 94 Supra would pull up behind me, I always had rear view mirror envy and thought to myself some day.

That day was Tuesday, May 19, 2026. She is 2024 3.0 Premium and had 20200 miles on her. Looks almost brand new and was well maintained inside and out.

I wanted to ask ya’ll how often do you perform oil changes. I read 10K but that seems longer than would make me comfy.

Also looking for any additional advice (yes she will be getting 93 octane) to help me keep her in tip top shape and has anyone had their’s wrapped?

Also, forgot to mention, she is one sexy assed beast and I am actually super excited to join the club.

Forgot to mention, she’s a manual. 😀

Looking to purchase and was curious about the costs other than the base monthly.

Hey yall, I have been looking into getting a Supra recently and was curious as to the additional costs aside from the monthly payment that typically goes into it. My first (and only car currently) is an old Honda civic and I am looking to upgrade way up. I make a fair amount so I am not too concerned about it but I also dont want to think 1200 a month will be enough budgeted if it should be more.

That 1200 a month is assuming monthly payment and insurance.

Thanks in advance.

TLDR: How much money?

Supra picked up, road trip over and finally home! She’s beautiful!

Got a goofy decal from the dealership alongside a nice upgrade I had them do prior to picking up. The GR strut brace kit was a really tasteful upgrade that I didn’t know I needed. Now can’t imagine the car without it.

What is this knocking sound?

I suddenly heard this knocking sound coming inside the cabin. I have a AA catted GESI Downpipe and everything else is stock. Have had the DP installed for around two weeks now and had no issues. Didn’t even drive that hard today and suddenly it start making this knocking noise once I came home. Engine seems to be fine I checked. Opened the front hood and didn’t hear any knocking noises. In the outside also I can hear this sound. I seem to be able to only hear it when I’m inside the cabin.

Question about PPF Car

Hey everyone, so I am looking at two different 2026 stratosphere blue supras. One is brand new with black interior 62k. The other one is also strat blue but it has the chestnut interior which is my ideal color for the interior with 6,000 MI and full ppf, this one is 63k. The ppf is the xpel ultimate plus. It was installed by a certified installer less than a year ago.

It feels strange buying a used car that cost more money. However, it seems that majority of people suggest to get the ppf at least on the front end and so forth. I am torn, what is all your perspectives?

Thanks

Complete rookie here — help me choose between two used GR Supra 3.0Ts

I’ve wanted a Supra for a while but I honestly don’t know much about cars yet, so I could really use some advice from people who do. I’m almost turning 18 and my parent said she would buy me a car for my 18th birthday

I’m looking at two used GR Supra 3.0Ts and trying to figure out which one is the smarter buy for a beginner owner. I’m mostly looking for something reliable, fun to drive.

Car 1:

Year: 2022

Mileage: 30000 kilometers

Price: 500000 CNY which is around 73,367 USD

Stock

Colour: Black

Car 2:

Year: 2022

Mileage: 10000 kilometers

Price: 600000CNY (around 880000 USD)

Stock

Colour: Yellow

A few questions:

* Is lower mileage always better on these?

* What should look out for when buying a used car

Any advice is appreciated because I’m learning as I go here lol.

My 3 year old Supra still feels brand new to me 😎

Every wash, every drive, every time I uncover it… the feeling never changes.
Taking care of this Supra has been 100% worth it 💙

Help! Does anyone know where to buy this piece ?

I have been looking but I seem to only find the trim “cover” that goes over it. But this YouTube video shows they have the actual piece that replaces it entirely.

Any help would be appreciated !

Beware of Eastcoastsupra

I heard only good feedback from this shop, but unfortunately it feels like i got scammed.

I ordered a Split Second Injector Controller from them, they said its in stock and i payed for fastest shipping. After almost one month, i received no emails, no tracking number or confirmations.

They dont answer to my questions, emails or messages. I ordered this item for my client and i had to refund to my client.

Anyone had similar experience with them?

First Track Day

Was incredibly impressed by this car. I was pushing myself but the car never missed a beat. Insane amounts of grip, great steering feel, plenty of brakes and insane power especially when I loaded the stage 2 map on it. Lap times dropped almost 10 seconds just from flashing that map…..granted the last session when I flashed it was when my buddies were all in the grid behind me as extra incentive….
