Low vitamin D (13 ng/ml) doctors prescribed high dose of vitamin D, wondering about vitamin K also?

I was feeling pretty crappy (for a while, years) no one ever tested my vitamin D (since 2019), well my new doctor finally did and it was at 13 ng/ml, pretty low. She prescribed me 50,000 units once every week for 12 weeks and then a daily dose of 2,000 every day after that. She did not suggest anything else, but I’m reading that vitamin K is important to take with it. Just wondering what everyone else’s experiences are with vitamin K and how much I should take.

I’ve never really taken supplements other than when I was pregnant due to one time taking otc iron supplements (doctor said to) when I had low iron and my iron levels shot up and made me sick. Nervous to take something that’s not prescribed.

32f Vitamin D low (12) what/how much should I take?

36f have been feeling pretty crappy for a while, my new doctor ordered a vitamin D test which came back pretty low, (12). Based on how long I’ve been experiencing symptoms I think I’ve been like this for a while or worse sometimes, for years. I’ve had every test and imaging done to try and figure out my symptoms and if this was the only thing that’s pretty annoying. Anyway, it’s been 2 days since I received my results and my doctor hasn’t looked at them yet, not sure how long that will take. Is there something I can take in the mean time? I have a multi vitamin I started yesterday, but I assume that’s not enough.

I’m worried I may have damaged my bones if I’ve been deficient this whole time. No doctor has tested my vitamin D since 2017 looking back at my chart, it was 25 then.
