Does anyone know how the Boone Electric capital credit program works? I have been here for 10 years and don't think I've ever seen it applied. I just got another credit notice and my credit balance is now close to $1200. It says these credits will be paid back to you when they are in a financial position to do so.
Are they ever in a financial position to do so? Has anyone ever received their credits?

As someone always looking for good deals, I have thought about creating a website where all of the current happy hours are listed, so it would be easy to see what all is available. This may exist somewhere already, but I couldn't find a place where all of the deals were easily accessible.
So I have created comohappyhour.com
When you go to the site, it tells you all of the happy hour deals that are currently happening, the deals coming up for the rest of the day, as well as a weekly directory that can be listed by either day of the week or alphabetically by establishment. You can also filter by type of deal (beer, wine, cocktails, patio) if looking for a specific deal. Finally, you can click on the name of the establishment to go to the Google page for directions or their website, reviews, etc...
The easy part is done, but this is where I need help. I have filled in with sample data from my current favorite happy hours, but I need to fill in with as many deals as I can find. I will be adding as many own my own as I can. But there is a submission form at the bottom of the page to submit any deals you many know of, and as soon as I receive I will verify and add to the page!
I am hopeful this might be helpful to some people, but if not, at least I'll know where all the best deals are. Thank you!
