Dense phosphorus area

So I think that the reason why we are the only planet out there that has life is that we are in a area in the universe that has just enough phosphorus which is one of six essential chemical elements required for life and we somehow had enough phosphorus and the other 5 elements to create life and that is why these other planets that we have observed that are so close to how earth is do not have life only because there is not enough phosphorus in that part of space. Let me know what you think.

The big bang wasn't the beginning.

so i was thinking that what if the big bang wasnt the beginning but a continuation of what already existed and what i mean is that by the end of the universes existence we just go BANG and that isnt the end but a full restart and what we think of as the beginning is actually just another restart to a never ending cycle that never ends and what we think will be the end of everything is just a continuation of something that has already happened many times before, i would really like to know what everyones thoughts on this is.
