How do you deal with someone kicking from range?

Basically the title, I have a sparring partner thats very reminiscent of someone like mvp, they stay at range, throw kicks of all kinds hook kicks spinning kicks to the head and body, side kicks, front kicks to stop me entering in etc. its incredibly frustrating. How can I counter a style like this?

Is there an app that i can use to create a tv with a windows pc

Basically the title, my dad's paying a lot of money for tv subscriptions and I feel like id be able to build a windows pc for the cost of the subscription the only problem is that I don't know of any apps that you could run TV channels through.

It needs to have scrollable channels and be usable with a ps4 controller or TV remote because my dad's not very tech savvy

How do you actually hit and not get hit?

Basically the title, anytime I try to throw a combo even just a double jab I'm getting tagged with something either during or after I finish. Is there a defensive habit you should do after/ while throwing that stops you getting hit as easily e.g. joining your shoulder to your head.

How do you feint punches in kickboxing with kicks being involved

Basically the title, teddy atlas says you need to be slightly out of range when fainting a punch and then capitalize when they show weakness, could you end up eating say a head kick or teep to the body even if they do show weakness from the hands? How do you mitigate that risk

essentially my question is how do the use of feints change going from boxing to kickboxing

How do I develop a flow?

All of the good strikers in my gym have a sort of flow, they're throwing combos and getting out of range all..... flowey..... idk how to explain it any better but basically they aren't admiring their work their defense is intertwined with their offense. With me I feel like everything is robotic and thought out, is there any way to develop this apart from just training a fuck ton

SJF1XM

Basically the title feel like I'm making a lot of very basic mistakes especially on mauga which leads to either me or my team dying. I often feel that my teams not able to capitalize on my pressure (in the moment I probably blame them) because I'm too far forward and they're getting dove on

Any help is appreciated thanks!
