Strawberries and cream cake filling?
Sooo, I got an order for an 8” 3-layer cake with strawberries and cream filling, and now I have to figure out how to actually make it lol.
I tried once making a filling with cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and diced fresh strawberries, but it turned really soupy after I added the strawberries.
I was thinking maybe whipped heavy cream mixed with cream cheese could work, but I’m worried it might be too soft to support the cake layers. Does anyone have advice for a good recipe?
