I broke the Déjà vu cycle

Ok, bear with me, cause I might sound crazy.

I've had intense déjà vu for the last couple of days, and it's all been bad feelings. Like, I know whats going to happen and couldn't stop feeling like something bad was coming. Well, I finally had a moment where I knew what was going to happen, but I intentionally did the opposite. Now the ominous feeling of déjà vu is gone and I feel SO much better. Has anybody else experienced this, is it kinda like final destination where something bad is still gonna happen even though I beat it?
