12 years as legal EA (ONSITE)
BASIC SALARY: 25,250
i started at 12k, 12 years ago

On top of the basic:
Monthly profit sharing bonus: around 0.5-1 month
Transportation allowances - 9k
Internet allowance - 2k

HMO - (for myself only; no free HMO for beneficiary)
Complete government benefits

Can i ask your opinion if this salary still serves? Given my 12 years tenureship, i kinda feel undervalued. Plus, no WFH man lang, full onsite :(

Baka may alam po kayong same role, kahit under agency. Basta wfh. Pagod nako mag onsite :(
