I’m new to spell Blade and I’m not sure what the new T4 gear is. I’m running a hit build but I see some people doing crit and I’m not sure which one is better for PVP. I feel like I don’t do enough damage right now. What is the t4 spellblade build

I don’t understand why they really pushed for the character boost then comes out it’s broken and there is no update of when it will be fixed or anything about it. How do you want characters to come back and push this item to get characters back yet? Have it broken
