Should i join tier-2 college cse and iit madras bs course and coding

Or tier-2 cse with full focus on coding and projects

Which one will be more effective for placement

I started my jee prep in my drop year I have 85.8 percentage in class 12th and 66.9 percentile in jee mains in bits session 1 i got 108 i have applied for scalar and srm too i want cse not because of placement but for my interest in coding i have also applied in juit and jiit and getting cse in waknaghat so pls suggest some good college

Is it allowed to bring your own cpu and monitor in juit hostel
