I am a newbie to the primal diet, ive never had raw organs, only raw beef . ive bought a very good quality beef hearth, do you have any experience consuming it raw? I dont know why it makes me so anxious

What is your opinion on parma prosciutto crudo? my mom bought a lot and now i have to finish it, however i have grown up with the knowledge that PROSCIUTTO CRUDO is cancirogen, an unhealty, but i do eat red meat 5-6 times a week mostly raw so idk. Ingredients are salt and meat thats it.
