Help understanding IEC better

Greetings! I’m a 24 year old with a Portuguese passport, currently living in Shenzhen, China. I’m pretty unhappy here and I’ve been thinking about other opportunities for me. I already lived in Montreal for 8 months, and used to be able to speak quebecois french very well, but it was 7 years ago. My time in Montreal was by far the best time in my life, and I always had a dream of going back, but thought it was impossible.

Now I graduated International Relations and currently work with sourcing in Shenzhen, and found out about IEC, and I’m pretty excited about this. I see a lot of people in here are very supportive, and I would be extremely glad if you could help me with some points:

- What are the chances of getting approved/rejected? They did not ask me anything about my personal/professional/academic life

- How hard is to get a job in Canada nowadays? Can you live OK with not a lot of money? Is the market for logistics/procurement open to foreigners?

- How long does it usually takes? If I’m approved I have to go immediately or can I wait?

Thank you very much, and for everyone that is in this process, good luck
