I am grateful for the PKA podcast for the comfort it has provided me
No memes to see here. I’ve been listening/watching to PKA since episode 0 and still do to this day. I actually think I would have a claim for PKA’s most active listener, as I’ve started the whole show on Podbean/spotify from the start multiple times, at least a handful.
I’ve had some tough times recently and despite the isolation and feelings of hopelessness, I am still able to pull up an episode from 2019, and laugh at Filthy berating Taylor for his pull-out method. Despite a tumultuous and shifting first 29 years on this earth, I always know that if nothing else… I’ll be able to put on my headphones and have a laugh at the girls shooting the shit for a few hours a week.
Long live Woody, Kyle, Taylor, Wings and Lefty.
Long live PKA.

With Woodrow and his known hatred of the fats, has he addressed Taylor’s dramatic weight gain?
Legitimate jump scare for audio only listeners when they pull up the YouTube…
He admitted to having to buy special shirts to accommodate the large noggin, that was 50kg ago.
An intervention from blue shirt Woody is needed, and a boot camp from non recluse Kyle is also needed.

The funniest part of listening on non Spotify/youtube is that someone’s you find a gem that they hosts censored on the other platforms
Love me some Taylor, this was the second drunkest he’s ever been on PKA.
This was the episode where like 3 times at the end he’d say the N word then say “but we’re not recording” and when told they are he’d be like “ohhhh fuckkkkk”.

Woody said on PKA 390 that he was working 120+ hours a week on top of night school
That’s 17 hours a day over 7 days of work leaving at the accountancy place, then full time night school 4/5 nights a week. I know Woody is a hard worker, but he has to be stretching this here no? That leaves less than 7 hours a day for eating, sleeping, fucking, driving, BEFORE his night school is factored in. It is only possible if he regularly slept 1-3 hours a night and NEVER had downtime.
I’ve had my fair share of 100+ hour work weeks, but it was across two jobs. How do you work 120+ hours a week EVERY WEEK then also find time night school without burning out. I didn’t go to University but my dad always said to treat each subject like a 10-15 hour investment on your week, so a full time 4 subject should be spending 40-60 hours a week. All of this on 1-3 hours of sleep a night?

My favourite brand of KyleLies is when he was “just talking to his dad” about X specific topic “a week ago”
Relistening to the show from episode 1 again has shown be that this is one of the most common lines/references in PKA history. In older episodes especially, it seems like Kyle’s dad appears through Kyle to give his thoughts every episode…
Honourable mention to Taylor, who always seems to have a Doctor/Nurse/Soldier/etc friend he JUST spoke to about this very niche topic, and who backs up his views.
