I've started using the machine progression system and I feel like the current settings are a bit overpowered. I was wondering if anyone has any particular config changes that they recommend to make it more balanced?

I searched on the mod page and saw that there was discussions of a balanced and hard mode, but that was mentioned for a quite a few versions back, so I'm not sure if it is still a thing.

Anyways, any recommendations for machine upgrades that I should turn off or values that should be changed to be more balanced?
