I have always paid on time. I love living here and don’t want to move. I had a lease when I first moved in but have “defaulted” to month to month once that expired I guess? I was told I need to be out end of September. Shouldn’t I get 90 days notice? This seems really fast and I’m not sure where I’m going to find another pet friendly apartment by then at the same price I’m paying now… rents are super high. can someone advise? (I’m in Connecticut)
