Other crochet pattern makers like the ones listed?

Hey hey! I'm very specific about my patterns and the wool I use. I pretty much only buy patterns from 2 authors right now; AmiToyPattern & Moonlightcrochet89. They both use type 4 yarn and are very high quality and intricate. I've done pretty much all of their patterns now and I really would like to branch out, but Etsy is overrun with AI garbage and me trying to search through Ravelry is not bringing up the types of patterns I want, even searching through with the wool I like (Yarnart Jeans & Scheepjes Catona). I've attached their Etsy stores and some images of their patterns. Would love some recommendations!

Currently rocking the Ryzen 5 5500. Subnautica 2 is coming out in a few weeks and the CPU requirements are steep, I'm looking to upgrade to something somewhat comparable to a 7 7700X (their recommendation for medium and high presets), but AM4 instead (I am entirely uncomfortable upgrading to AM5 myself at this point). Unfortunately my seemingly best option (the 7 5800X3D) is completely off retail shelves, and I can't even find any secondhand in my country, or at least any under an absurdly high price (the only one I saw was AU$900????).

The 7 5700X3D is also not in stock anywhere, but there are technically a few options secondhand. More in the $600-800 range though which also doesn't seem worth it.

The 5800xt seems somewhat okay to me? It's in stock at retailers, and is around AU$300-400. I'm ok with spending that money. I'm currently bottlenecking my GPU (a 5070) and this would seemingly help with that. It doesn't seem too absurdly worse than a 7 7700X from my research? At least getting closer than what I currently have.

I'm using a 1440p monitor.

Anyone have any better options? Is the 5800xt significantly worse than the 5800X3D? Is the 5800xt even worth the upgrade or am I better off just sticking with my 5500 and sucking up the lower game settings despite my 5070; my CPU technically being too low for that GPU. My brain is so mush. I don't want to spend unnecessary money but since I refuse to take apart my entire computer to also upgrade my motherboard I seem to be a bit stuck with options still in retail stores/not beyond the price that's worth spending.
