Hey I’m buying the car above and I was just wondering any simple but cool mods I could do, I’m in experienced and a poor teenager but I can save and I can learn, ik I want Tony’s but we’re do you get that done and legal?

But performance, sound, aesthetic, I want to make this car the best it can be(in my reach) but you get it

Hey, I am 18-3 220 pounds and 511 I’m going to a Cadet police Academy on July 12 and I need help with my workout routine one that helps me prepare.

Right now every day I’m trying to do 50 push-ups 50 sit ups and a 2 mile run. which I’m struggling at, but still trying to get as close to as possible.

I obviously wanna lose weight and gain muscle like everyone

is that enough as long as I’m eating decently

Also, if anyone knows about calisthenics, I have been looking into that but that’s another playing field if anyone knows a good progression to start that would be great right now I’m working on my propose, but that as you can tell my weight is difficult
