Hello, I am playing as Shadow Dreamer and I am not generating magic, I have these two modifiers "Magical Infrastructure: New Magical Practices" and "Magical Infrastructure: Insufficient Institutions", both say no expiration date.

Magical Infrastructure: New Magical Practices gives Mana Regeneration Modifier: -10%

Magical Infrastructure: Insufficient Institutions gives Monthly Magic Experience: -5.00

I don't think they are submod releated as I have no trouble using magic as Harpylan with the same submods.

Edit: I believe it was the Alien Anbennar Estate Ideas submod that was causing this. Removing that mod got everything back to normal.
