[Product Request] What products to add to my routine for cleanse/moisturizer with acne?

I have struggled with acne for a while, and I think a lot of it is hormonal (21F). However, I want to ensure I'm thoroughly washing my face after a day of makeup/sunscreen, which currently I only do through a water based cleanser (Vanicream). I know I should be doing more, and am thinking of adding an oil cleanser, although I'm worried about breaking out.

My skin is very sensitive and needs a lot of moisturizing since I use retinoids. Any advice for cleansers or moisturizers is appreciated! This is my current routine:

Morning:
- Rinse with water
- For pimples: use CeraVe Acne Control Gel (salicylic acid)
- Moisturize: La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Gel

Night:
- Wash face with Vanicream Facial Cleanser
- Retin-A Tretinoin 0.05%
- Moisturize: La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Gel

I recently switched from the Vanicream cream moisturizer to the La Roche-Posay gel, but it's a little out of budget for me. I much prefer it though. Any similar gel ones that are cheaper?

I am in the process of onboarding for a job, and did an employment background check.

The third party that did it had a small error (I was sent a copy of the report), and I'm wondering if I should follow up with the company that hired me or wait to see if they ask me.

I worked two different jobs for a university, but am on one payroll for both. On my employment history I listed the jobs separately and their respective start dates, (one was in 2022, the other in 2025). They overlap when I was hired for the second one.

My background check reported that I started both jobs at the same time in 2022, since that's when I joined the payroll for the university. Does this seem like an issue and something I should reach out about?
