I filed with Jackson Hewitt. Big mistake but had no issues prior. Four weeks after I filed I got a letter and after speaking with another JH office she found an error with the wrong number being placed in the wrong box of my return. The irs had already pulled my return. JH submitted an amendment asap but now I got a second letter from the IRS saying I have to wait another 60 days?! I’ve already waited 60. And both letters had little to no info on what was needed or what was wrong. I only found out the first time when I kept calling for someone to review my return.
