Abot 2 3 hours after taking it I start noticing small movement-like sensations or spasms when I straighten my back or neck while sitting at my desk or lying in bed. At the same time I also feel pressure toward my ears and temples. It is really annoying and hard to ignore.

I do not want to change the medication right now . I just want to know if anyone has dealt with this and what helped you manage it.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Meds are helping me with focusing on task but this side effect is rlly bothering me

why do lemon and Celtic salt seem to help my headaches?

Almost every evening, around the usual time I get headaches. Sometimes they are manageable but they make me not want to work at all. Other times they are unbearable and I just lie in bed waiting to fall asleep.

Strangely lemon and salt seem to help me for a short time, and I do not understand why. I eat properly, drink plenty of water, exercise almost daily, and take breaks from screens, but I still get headaches.

Every time I take lemon, it feels like it helps for about an hour or 2 and then I need it again. After about three lemons, it stops helping completely, unless I go to sleep.

I only take 18 mg, with breaks because I tend to think I may have dysautonomia, and sometimes I get tachycardia or feel like my heart is pumping too forcefully. My blood pressure is slightly elevated, which is why I do not take Concerta every day and I use breaks.

Has anyone else experienced this ? It s my third day taking concerta
