Can your store leader deny using vacation to take a weekend off?

Store leader states that vacation time must be used only during the week and if you have to use it for a weekend shift you must repay that weekend shift the following week. So I guess working both Saturday and Sunday.

Fulltime employee of 10+ years btw and ive never heard of these rules.
