For the last two months I was experiencing Black screen + full fan speed while gaming or stress testing myrx580. I found out that my PSU is fine and the normal voltage does not drop or fluctuate or anything, when i stress tested on -10% of my max Freq, the issue resolved itself without gpu crashing.

Is it my psu that i do not understand about it or is it the gpu?

I am just new in these kind of situations.
