I've had this issue for a very long time now where my GPU fan just will not spin even when forced via applications, I've figured out that if I have the case open while I force set it to 100% and manually spin it to get it going, it does spin on its own but only for a few seconds, I've already cleaned the fan out so I'm not sure if ill need a replacement or not but if anyone here has information please let me know.
