Hi guys,

I bought the [---] mic a few months back and can't return it, but I've been noticing that it's a real struggle to get the audio louder. Even when I get it to around -14 LUFS on YouTube by pushing the gain in DaVinci Resolve, adding a limiter, dynamics, etc., it still sounds quiet to me compared to other YouTubers. It sounds loud when I make a recording on windows default sound recorder i guess.

Do I need to buy a preamp or something? Some people online say I need an audio interface, while ChatGPT says I don't because the [---] mic uses USB and already has a built-in preamp.

My question is, what the hell do I do? Buy a new mic, buy a preamp, buy an audio interface, or something else? Or am I missing something?
