Pimple-type sore on upper thigh. Has gotten more red and large in the last few days.
On my boyfriend’s upper inner thigh. He has recently begun to go on runs more often and I thought it might be from chaffing? Put some benzoyl peroxide on it and a bandaid. A few days later it looks like this and much worse than it first did.
