UA80 transmission died - what to do now? Claim denied

I’ve been fighting with Toyota for over two months because my 2018 Sienna with 90K miles had complete transmission failure. $14K to replace and Toyota Corporate is only offering $2500. The dealership is trying to get me some deals because we’re a loyal Toyota family so I may “only” be stuck with a $10K bill. HOWEVER they’re only offering a 3 yr warranty on the new transmission 😩😩

I have a call in to the California class action lawsuit lawyer, and I will fill out a complaint with the NHTSA. What more can I do? This is so frustrating since I don’t really have extra funds for a new car right now with a kid in college. Do I pay the $10K since that’s cheaper than even a used car? That seems stupid because with a busted transmission that’s probably how much the car is worth! Ughhh
