I used the power switch on the PSU which gives me the light. My display isn't showing anything, and it's been a few hours, so it's not memory training. My case is a Montech X3 Mesh RGB ATX Mid-Tower if that helps.
Edit: I forgot to mention that I just made it and this is my first attempt at turning it on.
