I’m 6 days post op and my cylinders are 100% deflated like a flat garden hose and feeling quite uncomfortable while trying to heal and I can feel the edges poking out as the cylinders bend

For anyone who has a Coloplast titan implanted when u press the deflate button does all of the fluid return to the reservoir or partially filled i believe the cylinders are flat as I’ve been positioning the penis at 12oclock position which has push led the fluid out

Back story is I suffered from Ed in mid 20s after trying pills and injections i decided to have a penile implant

At a young age of 31 years old I received an AMS 700LGX
In 2018

Fast forward and in 2020 I had a leak in a tube so surgeon went in and made a repair fully covered under warranty

And I was back in action until last week June 2026 and suffered a slow leak and over a few days and them complete device failure and overall implant age of 9 years
Which is quite good

So today I had the AMS 700 change for a whole new Coloplast Titan and cylinders upsized by 1.5cm

If and young guys who are considering getting an implant take it from me it’s one of the best decisions I have made

And married to my beautiful wife of 14 years and saved our marriage
