EF 70-200 USM II Autofocus not Sharp
Hey all, my trusty EF 70-200 USM II started taking blurry photos in the middle of a shoot last week, and I'm trying to find a solution.
I use this lens on both R6 and R5 bodies with an RF adaptor. I bought a new adaptor, and the lens is still producing blurry photos. I've tested other RF and EF lenses on the same bodies and they are still producing sharp photos. Also, when I use manual focus on the 70-200, I can get images sharp. Shutter speed is at 1/640 or higher, and the AF switch is turned on on the lens. All of this is leading me to think this is an issue with the specific lens, rather than the body or adaptor. Has anyone else ran into this problem? How did you fix it? Is there a way to fix it without sending it into Canon for repairs? Thank you in advance!
